I am RAHUL PRAJAPATI, a passionate and dedicated civil engineer with a deep-rooted commitment to excellence and innovation. Today, I stand before you as the founder and chairman of SHITALA & NAG TEJESHWAR CONSTRUCTION & CONSULTANT, a company that has grown from the seeds of my unwavering passion for construction and consultancy.

Founder's Experience
I am a civil engineer with 7 years of experience in the construction industry. I have handled residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects and have worked in various roles, progressing from junior to senior-level positions.
During my career, I have worked as a Field Engineer, Senior Engineer, Billing Engineer, Estimation Engineer, and Project Manager.
Through these experiences, I have learned that every successful project is built on three key pillars: Quality, Quantity, and Safety. These three elements form the foundation and backbone of every construction project.
I am experienced in managing all three aspects of a project, which enables me to plan and execute projects cost-effectively, safely, with high quality, and within the required timeline.

SNT Constructions established in Mumbai with a team of 8, completing our first residential project in Andheri West.
2011
First Commercial Project
Secured our first major commercial contract — a 6-storey office building in BKC, marking our entry into the commercial sector.

ISO Certification
Achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, formalising our quality management systems and processes.
2018
50 Projects Milestone
Celebrated the completion of our 50th project and expanded our team to 60 professionals across three divisions.
2019
Infrastructure Division
Launched our dedicated infrastructure division, winning our first government contract for a 12km road project in Pune.
2022
150 Projects & National Expansion
Opened offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad, growing our portfolio to 150 projects and 120 team members.
